Renovated and loaded with amenities and modern appliances, Sunday Lake Apartments is truly a luxury.

Choose from two different floor plans (based on availability).
Different plans are 940 and 980 square feet, all floor plans are 2 BDRM, 1 BATH.

Included in your rent is heat, garbage, and water. Units are carpeted with linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen has a breakfast bar, lazy susan, and lots of counter and cabinet space.  Range, Fan, Fridge, & Dishwasher are included.  A Stephe Heater in the living room heats the apartment just right, and there is a baseboard heater in each bedroom.  You also get one (1) storage locker located inside the building (about 6′ X 6′).

Off street parking and winter maintenance are included, and the laundry is located inside.  It has 3 washers and 3 dryers, all of which are coin operated and for tenant use only.  The building is cleaned weekly, and maintenance is a phone call away.

Sunday Lake is a 100′ walk – watch year round lake activities and enjoy amazing views from sunrise to sunset.  The area has unlimited outdoor activities to take advantage of — hunting, fishing, ice fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling, hiking and more!

Located nearby is Lake Gogebic, Lake Superior, and Copper Peak Ski Jump – the LARGEST man-made ski jump in the world!  Also Black River Harbor, Little Girls Point, and if you feel like taking an amazing scenic drive, we highly recommend Lake of the Clouds.
